Arrival
Vor Ort arbeiten wir mit einer Agentur zusammen, die die Schlüssel für die Ferienwohnung in einem Schlüsseltresor am Gebäude deponiert. So sind Sie bei Ihrer Anreise vollkommen flexibel und können ab der Check-in-Zeit ohne weitere Absprache zu der Ihnen genehmen Uhrzeit anreisen.
Bed linen and towels
Beds are made up with fresh linen and clean towels are provided. For an additional charge, linen and towels can be changed at any time during your stay.
Bicycles
Wenn Sie eigene Fahrräder mitbringen wollen, können Sie diese im zur Wohnung gehörenden Kellerraum sicher abstellen. Dort gibt es auch Steckdosen zum Aufladen von E-Bikes.
Cancellation
8 weeks or more before the arrival date, a booking can be cancelled with no penalty. Down payments made will be refunded. Between 4 and 8 weeks before the arrival date, 50% of the rental fee is payable on cancellation. If the booking is cancelled 4 weeks or less before arrival, the full rental fee is due.
Charges
All essential services for your stay are either included in the accommodation price or are shown transparently during the booking process.
Check-in
Check-in is from 16:00 onwards on the day of arrival.
Check-out
Check out is before 10:00 on the day of departure. Depending on availability, a late check-out can be booked at short notice for a fee.
Contact person on site
If you have any questions or problems with your accommodation during your stay, our local agency will assist you.
Cot and high chair
Ein Babybett und ein Babystuhl können bereitgestellt werden. Bitte informieren Sie uns rechtzeitig im Voraus, sollten Sie diese benötigen.
End-of-stay cleaning
Am Ende des Aufenthalts wird eine Reinigung der Ferienwohnung durchgeführt, deren Inanspruchnahme verpflichtend ist und deren Kosten bei Buchung bereits in Rechnung gestellt werden.
Extra beds
The holiday apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. Additional beds cannot be provided. Any secret over-occupancy will be penalised.
Interim cleaning
An interim cleaning is not offered. The holiday apartment is equipped with a hoover and some cleaning utensils.
Internet (WLAN)
The accommodation has Internet (WLAN). Its use is included in the accommodation price.
Laundry
A washing machine is available in the basement of the building. Its use is free of charge. An iron and ironing board are provided.
Minimum length of stay
The minimum stay is usually 2 to 4 nights depending on the season. The arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week.
Parking
The apartment has an allocated parking bay, free of charge, in the underground garage.
Payment
A 25% down payment of the total booking price is due, via bank transfer, on confirmation of the reservation. The balance of the total price is due at latest 8 weeks prior to arrival and is also payable by bank transfer. If the period between booking and arrival is less than 8 weeks, the total price must be paid immediately. The visitor's tax levied by the municipality is not included in the total price and must be paid on arrival.
Pets
Pets are not allowed. This will be checked on arrival.
Sauna
The holiday apartment has its own sauna, the use of which is included in the accommodation price. Sauna towels are provided. Please bring your own fragrances for infusions.
Skis and sledges
Ihre Skier oder Schlitten können Sie im zur Wohnung gehörenden Kellerraum sicher abstellen.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted. This also applies to cannibis consumption. Any violation of this rule will incur a fine of € 250.
Toilet paper, dishwasher tablets etc.
As is usual with holiday accommodation, the principle of self-catering applies. However, to make your arrival easier, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets etc. are provided as initial equipment. Additional supplies and personal hygiene items must be brought along or purchased on site.
Travel cancellation insurance
To ensure that you are covered for any financial losses incurred in the event of cancellation, for example, due to illness, accident or unemployment, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
TV and Radio
Die Ferienwohnung ist mit einem großen Smart-TV ausgestattet. Der Fernsehempfang erfolgt per Kabelanschluss. Außerdem gibt es ein Radio, mit dem Sie Sender per UKW, DAB+ oder Internet empfangen können.
Visitor's tax (Kurtaxe)
The municipality of Schönau am Königssee levies a visitor's tax on all visitors. The tax is payable on arrival.
